La Luna El Falo | Local restaurant just up the hill behind Cascina Canelli (yellow large house). This is one of the most special restaurants you can find in the region. The owners, and those who cook and serve are in their mid-eighties. They speak little English but you/Franco will always figure out what to eat. The meals are traditional Piedmontese and are served with homemade and/or locally produced wine. The food is always tasty, and it is always an adventure to sit in Ester and Franco's living room and eat. This is one of the must do when we visit Canelli.
